Processing Times
  • As each item is printed to order, the printing process takes 2-3 days from receiving your order.
  • For Shoes, the printing process takes 3-7 days as the shoes are handmade.
  • If you order more than one item, items may be shipped separately to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Items are shipped as soon as they are ready so please add shipping times on top of that. We always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. 

Domestic (US)

For all items (*except shoes) orders will be shipped with FedEx Smartpost or UPS Surepost, depending on the location in the US.

For domestic orders within the US, please allow up to 3 - 6 business days for shipping. Please add processing times on top of the shipping times.

International (outside US)

For international orders outside of the US, orders will ship via UPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.


Production Time: 3 - 7 Days, then an additional 4 - 7 days for Shipping. Most customers will receive their sneakers/shoes/boots in 10-14 days after an order is processed. Customers will receive a tracking number via email after order processing when the package is dispatched. 


Dog Tags are custom printed so take 1-2 weeks for delivery.

All other Jewelry items shipped to a U.S. destination usually ship standard USPS 3-Day Priority Mail. Orders are processed in 1-2 days from receiving the order. 

Q2: How much is shipping?

We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $49 (Finland) / $79 Internationally. We also offer Express Delivery for Shoes for free (Sneakers, shoes, boots).

For orders less than the minimum amount, we offer a flat rate shipping:

~Domestic shipping (Finland) - £4.99 and €1.99 for each additional item in the order.
~International shipping (INTL) - €10.95 + €7.95 for each additional item in the order to anywhere outside the US.

Q3: Do you ship Internationally outside of the United States?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please see our Shipping page for full details and prices for International orders. 

Q4: Do you charge Sales Tax?

Only for customers in Michigan.

Michigan customers will have Sales Tax of 6% added to your order at the checkout page.

Our size guides can be found as a link on each product page above the dropdown box options. They can also be found on our Size Guide page.

Please do check the size chart before selecting your size to ensure you choose the fit that is right for you. Some of our Tees are sized to fit so for these specific shirts, we have advised that if you prefer a baggier or looser fit, you may prefer to go a size up. 

Q6: Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. 

Q7: How do I order on your website?

Simply find the product you’d want and click the “Add To Cart” button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we’ll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible! 

Q8: What payment options do you offer?

We accept payment by credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and also by Paypal.

Please Note: Some credit card payments may include a small Foreign Transaction Fee from your bank or card issuer as our bank is located in the .  

Q9: Does jasalukisfoto provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

Absolutely! If you find any quality issues or damage to the product, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we’ll get it addressed!

Q10: Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Because our products are custom made to each individual order, they cannot be canceled as the fulfillment process starts as soon as you have placed your order. Please ensure you select the correct size and color before check out. 

Q11: Do you offer an exchange if I order the wrong size or color?

Our products are custom made to each individual order so once an order has been placed and fulfillment has already begun, we are not able to change the size or color. Please ensure you select the correct size and color before check out. See exception for Shoes below.

Each item has a description of the fit on each product page and a size guide. Please select the best fit for you.  

*For our custom printed shoes, in the rare event that the size is incorrect, we are able to offer an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns page for further details on the exchange process.

At jasalukisfotobug, offering the best customer support is a priority. 

You can reach us by phone on (+358)563604447, however our preferred method of contact is Live Chat or by Email. As our main support is via Live Chat and Email, you may encounter our voicemail when contacting us by phone as our team may already be helping other customers.  

For a faster response, please do use our Live Chat feature. During out of hours or when our Live Chat is unavailable, you will have the facility to leave a message through our Live Chat system and we promise to get back to you as soon as we can. 

If you call and miss us, it will take longer to receive a response to a voicemail, so we do encourage customers to email as you’re likely to get a response very quickly.

Email is also great for responding to queries outside of working hours. As a modern company, we work a lot but are not always tied to set working hours. You’re just as likely to get an email from us at 7am or 7pm as you are between 9-5. This causes problems with instant phone support, but is a real benefit for email.
